"Think wide. Speak true”, the baseline for the new Partena HR campaign already says a lot. Our client wished to reposition itself on the market and asked Universal Communication to create an efficient campaign.
In parallel, Partena was looking to recruit candidates for their Flying Team, employees who help clients in their office. The action was principally directed at the Flemish region of the country.
 
Radio spots with a light touch that illustrated a typical day of a member of the Flying Team marked the start of the campaign. Each spot directed the audience to the landing page: www.chaquejourunnouveaudefi.be, where people interested could post their candidature for the Flying Team.
The page unveiled a new clear look and feel, based on realistic portraits that projected both joy and seriousness at the same time. Simultaneously, Partena took part in the "Recruiter of the week” action in Metro.
In the course of a week, a corporate ‘ad appeared every day, supported by testimonials on Wednesday.
 
The campaign did not meet with great success. The positive perception of Partena HR reached an all time high and generated many candidatures. But the candidatures for the Flying Team did not reach the level expected: interesting profiles were rare and the campaign, in the majority Dutch speaking, did not reach the right audience.
