Objective

The integrated police force covers 196 local police zones. The HR campaign has to attract more than 1000 new employees each year and reinforce the image of the Police as an employer.

Approach

The Federal Police communicates at national scale. The campaign is characterised by a good balance in terms of use of the national languages and the choice of medias and support. Each method also has to take account of the political equality of opportunities and of the diversity provided by the Police as an employer. The campaign is based on headlines with a recognisable– "from… to…” structure. The media strategy covers print, posters, radio, the web and activities in the field.
