Objective

Total has a ‘look & feel’ that is defined at international level. The company was looking for a reliable and capable communication partner to translate those directives into employer branding and coherent recruitment actions.

Approach

Each year, Universal Communication defines a communication strategy comprising posters, national and international press, the Internet and specialist publications. Since 2009, we have organised the "Total Discovery Days”, days on which information aimed at young graduates
at the main Total sites in Belgium.
